As a birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and birth. My role is to help you feel empowered, informed, and cared for as you navigate your unique birth experience.

From offering comfort measures like positioning, relaxation techniques, and massage, to guiding you and your partner with evidence-based information, I’m here to help you make choices that feel right for you. Whether you envision an unmedicated birth, are planning for an epidural, or preparing for a cesarean, I bring calm, reassurance, and advocacy to every stage of your journey.

My goal is simple: to ensure you feel seen, heard, and supported — so you can focus on welcoming your baby with confidence and peace of mind.

As your postpartum doula, I’m here to nurture and support you as you adjust to life with your new baby.

I provide gentle, non-judgmental care in those early weeks — offering emotional support, newborn care guidance, help with feeding, light household tasks, and time for you to rest and recover. My role is to ease the transition, answer questions, and create a calm, confident start for your growing family.

Postpartum support can include:

Newborn care guidance – soothing techniques, feeding support, and helping you learn your baby’s cues

Shower & self-care support – making sure you have time to refresh and recharge

Light household help – tidying up, laundry, and simple meal prep to keep your home running smoothly

Errand assistance – grocery runs, picking up essentials, or handling small tasks outside the home

Sibling support – engaging older children so they feel included and cared for

Emotional support & reassurance – a listening ear, encouragement, and practical tips when you need them most

As your childbirth advocate, I’m here to ensure your voice is heard and your choices are respected throughout your birth journey.

I provide information about your options, help you understand your rights, and support you in communicating your wishes to your care team. My goal is to empower you to make informed decisions, feel confident in those decisions, and create a birth experience that aligns with your values and needs.
